Shipping policy

Shipping is for products with posted prices on our website. If you customize a product such that the size puts it into the FREIGHT category, or the customization adds to the size and/or weight, additional shipping charges may apply. If an additional shipping charge is required, we will notify you before the time of purchase.

All products will be shipped signature delivery unless you opt out of signature delivery in the checkout process. If you opt out of signature delivery, Florida Coast Naturals LLC takes no responsibility for products lost or damaged in transit.

Please inspect the package upon arrival. If there are any large dents or punctures in the packaging, please report it to Florida Coast Naturals LLC and the carrier immediately.

In case of a package that is lost in transit, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the carrier via the tracking information provided, and resolve the lost package with them directly.
